Mrs. Pastor has been calling San Antonio home for over 27 years but was born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. She completed her undergrad at Wayland Baptist University and a postgraduate program at the University of Texas at Arlington where she received her medical degree. Mrs. Pastor has her FNP license in Texas and California.

Mrs. Pastor decided to become an Advanced Practice Clinician because of her sister who was fighting cancer at the time; she was the main reason to follow this pathway. It was her sister’s dream as a little girl to become a nurse and Mrs. Pastor was asked to take her place. As a nurse, she has seen a great need for providers who have a passion for caring for those in need. Mrs. Pastor enjoys educating others on ways to improve their lives. While studying she was on the President’s list 8 times and the Deans’ list once.

When not treating patients, Mrs. Pastor loves to dance and spend time with family. She is fluent in Spanish and English, which surprises most people. Mrs. Pastor has been married to her dear husband for almost 30 years and has 5 wonderful sons and two Great Danes.
