Texercise Select

Is an evidence based program with 10 weeks of two 90 minute sessions each week that brings people together in groups to engage in healthy lifestyle behaviors while providing incentives to motivate participants. Has been proven effective in improving the health of older adults by increasing physical activity , increasing fruit/vegetables consumption and increasing in self-efficacy. Thereby educating and encouraging Texans to age and live well.
