Sergio Hernandez, PA-C

Mr. Sergio Hernandez was born and raised in Mission City, Texas. As an Advanced Practice Clinician, Mr. Hernandez has been recognized for his outstanding patient care and is a member of Texas Association of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mr. Hernandez lived his entire life in the Rio Grande Valley until 2017 when he decided to share his talents and patient care with San Antonio community.

When not taking care of his patients, Mr. Hernandez enjoys playing golf, working out and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
