Dr. Dominguez was born and raised in Deming, New Mexico. He received his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Dominguez completed his residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas.
Ms. Rebeca Gonzalez was born in Brownsville, Texas and raised in Los Fresnos, Texas. She is a first generation college graduate from Texas A&M University. During her time at Northern Arizona University she was part of a group that was awarded the Outstanding Poster Award during the 2021 RHPP(Rural Health Professions Program) Conference and was part of the Arizona AHEC (Arizona Area Health Education Center) Scholars Program from 2020-2022.
I am very proud pleased with Dr. Santoscoy I left my old provider because I couldn't get appointments to get in but I've never had that problem here.
