Jasmine Garcha, MD

Dr. Jasmine Garcha was born and raised in Chandigarh, India. She attended medical school at Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences & Research in Punjab, India and her postgraduate degree in Public Health focused on Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. Dr. Garcha completed her residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Lenibet Montemayor, MD

Dr. Lenibet Montemayor was born and raised in the beautiful city of Lima, Peru. She attended the internationally recognized Frederico Villareal Medical School in Peru and completed her residency program at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Francisco Torres, MD

Dr. Francisco Torres was born and raised in El Salvador. Upon graduating high school he immediately went to medical school at the prestigious Evangelical University of El Salvador.

Luis Torres, MD

Dr. Luis Torres, originally from Anthony, New Mexico, has been practicing Medicine in San Antonio since 1995. He received his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of California – Davis in 1988.

Joseph Blydenburgh, PA-C

Mr. Joseph Blydenburgh attended and graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. Some recognitions he has received include graduating with honors in the field of primary care as well as graduating on the dean’s list.

Edna Caraballo-Gonzalez, PA-C

Ms. Edna Caraballo-Gonzalez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania and graduated with high honors.

Julie Valdez, PA-C

Ms. Valdez received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, licensed in the state of Washington DC and Texas as well as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas.
