Alzheimer’s Education
Alzheimer’s Disease education is specifically designed to promote safe and effective support to family members of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
- The program includes a one hour presentation provided by the Alamo chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association of San Antonio South Texas Chapter, which is a non-profit organization
- Presentations are to groups of 8 participants led by trained coaches
- The curriculum includes group discussions, mutual problem solving, and community support resources for patients and family members with Alzheimer’s disease
