Alexandra Wynn, MD

Dr. Alexandra Wynn is a bilingual (specialty) physician who was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio before attending medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso. She then completed her residency at Texas A&M Baylor Scott & White in Temple, Texas.

Inspired by her pediatrician grandfather, Dr. Wynn decided to pursue a career in medicine. She grew up in his practice and was exposed to the medical field from a young age, which sparked her fascination with medicine. Dr. Wynn was selected as chief resident and, at the end of her final year of residency, was honored with the title of Best Resident of the third-year class. She also achieved the highest scores on her in-training exams during both her first and last years of residency.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Wynn enjoys running and training for upcoming races. She also loves watching horror movies with her husband. Recently, she has developed a passion for reading, particularly in the fantasy and romance genres. An interesting fact about her is that she has a deep love for National Parks and dreams of visiting every U.S. National Park.
