Everly de Hoyos, APRN, AGPCNP-C

Everly de Hoyos was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Galen College of Nursing before completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Everly is passionate about helping patients take an active role in their health. She believes great healthcare begins with listening and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care through education, prevention, and evidence-based medicine.

Before joining HealthTexas, Everly spent more than 15 years in oncology, caring for patients with complex medical conditions and supporting them and their families through every stage of treatment. That experience shaped her commitment to building trusting relationships, communicating clearly, and helping patients feel confident in their healthcare decisions.

Raised in a military family, Everly developed a deep appreciation for service, resilience, and putting others first. Inspired by her father’s service in the U.S. Army and her husband’s service in the United States Marine Corps, she has a special appreciation for caring for veterans and their families.

Outside of work, Everly enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. She is comfortable providing care in both English and Spanish and enjoys caring for patients from diverse backgrounds.
