Rebeca Gonzalez, PA-C

Ms. Rebeca Gonzalez was born in Brownsville, Texas and raised in Los Fresnos, Texas. She is a first generation college graduate from Texas A&M University. During her time at Northern Arizona University she was part of a group that was awarded the Outstanding Poster Award during the 2021 RHPP(Rural Health Professions Program) Conference and was part of the Arizona AHEC (Arizona Area Health Education Center) Scholars Program from 2020-2022.

Ms. Gonzalez was motivated to work with medically underserved communities after being exposed to disparities and personnel shortages that stress our healthcare system. She aims to provide high quality care and mend existing gaps in our healthcare system.

When not treating patients, Ms. Gonzalez enjoys physical activities such as hiking, strength training, and running. She hiked the Grand Canyon “Rim to Rim”, ran the Alamo Marathon and the Brazo’s Bend Ultramarathon. She also likes to paint, travel, and spend time with her cat.
