I trust Dr. Ortiz and feel confident that he is knowledgeable about my illness and is providing me the best care possible . I love that I can call with a concern and the assistant talks to Dr. Ortiz and gets back to me quickly with a response. I followed this doctor from his last place of service so your facility didn't have my records but Dr. Ortiz knew my condition regardless and addressed my concerns.
