Dr. Caulfield was born in Montreal, Canada and received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Austin College. He continued on to receive his Medical Degree through an AMA joint program from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and New York Medical College.

Tamre McClelland, MD

Dr. McClelland enjoys partnering with her patients in their health care needs. She feels a family physician is more than just a doctor. The family physician is to teach her patients and their families about proper medical health so they can enjoy vibrant, healthy lives.

Hellen Nguyen-Pham PA-C

Ms. Hellen Nguyen-Pham was born in Dallas, Texas, and lived there until she was 6 years old before moving to Louisiana for 1 year. She then moved to San Antonio which she now calls home. She completed her undergrad at The University of Texas at San Antonio and a postgraduate program at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she received her medical degree.

Ms. Rydell went to the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with honors each year.
